You can actually get a lot out of these, and in this, we’ll highlight why you should give someone a valentines treat box, and how to make these as well.

For most of us, when we’re buying items for our loved ones, we want to give them something cool, something that they’ll enjoy.

So where do I begin?
Well, you can start by looking online for box templates. We’ll offer one simple valentine treat box that you can use and some cool facts about it that you can take on. Simple White Valentines Day Treat Mox
For most of us, we can use this one, and you can add your favorite candy into there.
What you’ll need is the following::
- Some cardstock in white
- A stamper
- Red, white, pink, or other red inks
- A stamper in the shape of a heart
- Scissors
- Glue
- Candy to put in there!
You can get a template to make this, and from there, what you do, is you take your white cardstock, and once you have it, and the template, you literally print out the template and trace out the template onto the cardstock.
From there, what you want to do, is get some scissors, and cut it all out.
For the holes, since they are a little awkward to cut, you simply use a craft knife, and from there, you cut this.
Now, once you’ve finished that, locate an area about half an inch below the middle. This is where you’ll put your harts.
Open up the stamp containers, and then the ink for the stamps. From there, you simply stamp the heart shapes all over the box in that area you designated, making sure that they slightly overlap. Do this on every single side of the box.
Once you’re there, you then want to fold along the lines where it says to fold. When you put it together, you’ll need adhesive, and you’ll then want to glue this down. I like cool glue, or even just a craft glue should suffice.
From here, you can then fil it with the treats that you want, whether it be candy or even other little trinkets. I’ve put gift cards in these before too.
They’re Versatile too!
My favorite part about this is, of course, the versatility of this. For most of us, we don’t always have someone to spend Valentine’s day with, but if you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, for example, you’ll then want to use this. I like to use a light green cardstock, and then green clover stamps. From there, you can decorate the box as you need to.
If you celebrate Easter, you simply do the same thing, but instead of hearts, try rabbits or chicks, and fill the inside with Easter candy, such as jellybeans.
You can even use this for Halloween with an orange box and some black stamps of scary ghosts and bats. Just remember, you can use this template for so many variations, that it will benefit you.
