You can make these out of crepe paper with streamers in different colors that you love, a craft knife, a pencil, some bone folder, some paper straws, a glue gun, a pink gel pen, ruler, some scissors and fringing scissors, foam dots, a hot glue gun, and some weights in both pink and yellow. To do this, you can follow the instructions.
Cut the paper in pink by 3 inches by 11 inches. With the bone folder, score it about a half of an inch from the edge on a singular side. Cut the tabs on the scored line itself, about a quarter inch wide. Crease these tabs so that they fold downwards.
Take the strips and roll them into a cylinder, and then use the glue pen for closing it so that you can overlap the paper about a half of an inch. Make sure that a single cylinder is slightly larger than the other to put the smaller within the bigger. Use the larger cylinder to trace a circle, and then cut this out and then cut a larger one. Have the first be about 3 ¼ inches and the other being 4 inches in diameter.
Then, take the glue pen and attach the smaller to the larger and glue this over the folded tabs, and this will in turn be the top. Do this with the larger to the smaller, and then this is the bottom, and leave the bottom slightly open to put candy in there.
Take some crepe paper streamers and fold them in half, fringe them, and then use the glue pen to attach this to the top of the box, along with the bottom edge. From here, fold the yellow streamer into a small stack and then cut out the shape of a flame, and cut this about 12 ¼ inches each and attach this to the top of the candles with the hot glue gun.
Take the candles and glue to the top of the box, and then, you can take some paper and cut out a banner, write it with the gel pen, and then attach it to the foam dots.
Now, before you fully close this, open up that little bottom part, shove some candy in there, and then from there, you can close it.
